How often do I have to clean my spouting without gutter guard?
There is a 10 year guarantee on the Colour Steel but this is not valid if the spouting and downpipes are not kept clean and free of debris and leaves. We suggest cleaning your spouting and downpipes at least once a year, preferably in late winter or early spring. Clear out debris, then wash down with clean water and a soft-bristle brush. If you're not comfortable doing it yourself, hire a professional. This maintenance is essential to keep your warranty valid.
Does gutter guard fit my existing spouting?
Leaf guard is available in a wide range of sizes and shapes, so it can be fitted to most existing spouting profiles as well as new installations. We will confirm the right fit when we look at your roofline.
Do you clean gutters?
No, we don't offer gutter cleaning. If your gutters are blocked or overflowing, leaf guard or replacement is usually the better long-term fix, and we are happy to give you a free onsite assessment.
